Sage 50 Accounting – Database Assessment – 800-475-1047 – Support – Training – Consultant – Reseller
How often do you check the size of your Sage 50 Database?
It is recommended you check the size of your database at a minimum every 6 months. The process takes less than a minute and the results could impact your business significantly.
Your Sage 50 software is designed to run for databases up to 250,000KB. Slow response times and locking up happens when your database nears this limit. To prevent your software from locking up, a Database Assessment is necessary.
To Check the Size of your Sage 50 Database
- Open Sage 50
- In the Help Menu, Select “Customer Support and Service”
- Then select “File Statistics”
- Scroll to the bottom of the window and review the total database size
