November 15, 2023 (EAST HANOVER, NJ) – SWK Technologies, Inc., (“SWK”) announced today that it has acquired JCS Computer Resource Corporation (“JCS”), a leading Illinois-based reseller of Sage Software solutions. Over the last 35 years, JCS has implemented technology applications at prominent manufacturers, distributors and professional service organizations throughout the Midwest.
SWK Technologies is one of the largest Sage business partners in North America as a longtime value-added reseller (VAR) and consultant for several Sage accounting and business management solutions, including Sage 100, Sage HRMS, and Sage Fixed Assets. SWK also added Sage Intacct to its portfolio in 2021 and was named Sage Intacct Rookie Partner of the Year for 2022. The acquisition of JCS expands SWK’s geographic footprint and technical consulting capabilities for Sage 50 and Sage 100, as well as for Intuit QuickBooks.
SWK Technologies also provides SOC 2-certified managed IT, security and cloud services, which includes secure application and infrastructure hosting for Sage ERP users. SWK’s Secure Cloud Hosting (SCH) service allows QuickBooks, Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 300 and Sage 500 users to host their accounting or ERP software in a cyber-secure cloud environment, and is available on the Sage Price List as a white label solution for other Sage VARs. Additionally, SWK Technologies is a Strategic Hosting Provider for the Sage Partner Cloud.
