When Triton College’s Community Out-reach team decided to upgrade its technology they purchased ACT!, a contact management software program, to better organize its efforts to stay in touch with students using e-mail. They selected Rick O’Hara, a Certified Consultant, from Accounting Business Solutions by JCS located in Arlington Heights to help them learn how to customize and use ACT! Software to help them easily schedule, track and communicate with the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the businesses in the area they provide specialized training for.
