My Sage 50system seems to run slower now than it originally did. Is there any need for maintenance?

Many computer programs seem to slow down after a period of time.  Some are not so fast to begin with! Without getting too technical, this article suggests what you can investigate to help speed things up.

  • If yes: Look at the Sage 50installation. Does your system meet the minimum requirements? If it’s below spec upgrade your computer. Sage 502010 uses Pervasive PSQL Version 10.12 which along with other database changes has definitely improved performance, so you might want to consider an upgrade.
