August 16, 2007: Southfield, MI – Sage Software and JCS Computer Resources provided corporate sponsorship for SCORE Leadership Conference held in Scottsdale, AZ.

This year’s SCORE Chapter Chair Leadership Conference was held in Scottsdale, AZ from August 14 through August 16, 2007. It is an event that provided premier networking and educational opportunities for the grassroots leadership of SCORE national corps of 10,500 volunteers. This conference focused on providing the volunteers with the tools necessary to hone their leadership skills, learn the latest on the small business issues, trends and technology.

Additionally, these classes can be personalized for a company at their facility.

Southfield, MI – JCS Computer Resources reported today great attendance for its five workshops hosted for SCORE and ASBDC members. More than forty ASBDC (Association of Small Business Development Centers) members logged in for the free webcast workshops presenting topics that targeted specific industries, from Construction, to Nonprofit, and Manufacturing and also covered Best Practices for Financial Management using Peachtree. Each session lasted one hour followed by intense question and answers period during which ASBDC members learned ways to evaluate and follow everyday best practices for Accounting Systems. “We believe these workshops helped ASBDC members understand the great potentials that Sage 50solutions have to offer”, said Joann Demos of JCS Computer. In addition, each member received valuable instructions for obtaining their own Sage 50demonstration disk.
